Shipping Policy
All orders will be sent via Singpost normal mail or Smartpac (with tracking). We ship internationally! Shipping cost is weight dependent and will be shown in your shopping cart.
Ready stocks will be sent out within 3 working days and custom orders will be sent out within 14 working days upon receipt of payment.
Option to self collect your purchase at our studio is also available.
Return & Exchange Policy
Goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable unless they are defective.
In the unlikely event that the item you received is defective, please email us at hello@philoslothy.com with your order number, the description and a photograph of the defect. Defective case should be highlighted to us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will get in touch with you on the next steps to take.
